FROM SOCIETY TO "TRUE YOU" (PART-2)
Well, I think that many of you got the point in Part-1 of "From Society to True You." So now let's get to the point. To understand yourself, you first have to know why you are like this today. And when you try to know this, you will understand that this society never wants you to be "you". This society will never want you to find your individuality because if you know yourself, you will not do things that do not give you joy, and there is no doubt that the majority people do not like their jobs; but society tells you to become an engineer, doctor, lawyer, CA, government servant, and blah blah so that it can work in a very rigid manner, for instead, most things in society have very rigid conditions- do this, do not do this, if you achieve this and that target you will get 15% raise. And these things make you a donkey because now you can work without asking a single question, now you can work without thinking, and you won't even have time to think about your true self. And the ultimate goal of the society is to do this to you: that society cannot bear rebels because it demands change—change of power, change of old ideologies, change of bullsh*t rules, and change of everything that restricts the growth of the human mind.
But even becoming a CA, a doctor, an engineer, or anything else is really hard, but society needs it, and that's why, from the beginning, it plants a seed in your mind to become successful, rich, and famous. And these things are nothing but a never-ending loop. If your prime motive to become a CA is to get more money, you will never get enough money. If, in the beginning, your goal is to get 10 crore, after getting it, your goal will automatically turn to 100 crore. and you will keep doing your work over the cost of your friends, family, enjoyment, and what not. Not only money, but even becoming famous and getting fame is an endless loop. These are nothing but tools to fuel your ego.
If you see life in its true nature, you will find out that you need no purpose to live this life. You do not need to become someone to live this life peacefully. All of these labels are nothing but a form of ego, and you will never find your true self until you drop all your labels; you are just you—no CA, no CFA, no lawyer, no CEO, no police, no project manager, no consultant, etc. Drop everything and do not try to become anything.
